Why work with RRPMP
Contractors are family.
We value our contractors and feel that they are essential to our success. We communicate often to make sure that our mutual interests are upheld. We are committed to your success and provide feedback forms quarterly to gage how we are doing and how we can improve and better serve you.
Welcoming & Training
We will connect appropriately in the beginning to ensure that you are equipped with the proper trainings and system requirements to meet our standards. Over the following 90 days, we will continue to have personalized feedback to let you know how you are doing on the field.
We Make Timely Payments
We make bi-weekly payments to our contractors. If a contractor does the work, they get paid whether or not the client pays us.
